    Wanting to motivate others.

     I would be singing.

     I push people towards their strongest, most confident selves, while adapting to each individual’s needs and level.

  2. What’s the number 1 piece of advice you give new Rebels? 

    Winners stop too, but they always bounce back. 

  3. How do you stay motivated on low-energy days? 

    I choose not to rely on motivation. I focus on purpose. 

  4. What’s your post-class recovery ritual? 

    Needing a little more quiet time.

    That sprinting is only for “fast runners.” Sprinting can benefit everyone — it builds power, strength and confidence, no matter your level.
