Protein Snowball Bites

We’re getting in the festive spirit using our Refuel Protein+. This recipe is our white chocolate and coconut snowball bites. A perfect post-session snack.

MAKES: 10 | PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES | DIFFICULTY: EASY | EQUIPMENT NEEDED: MIXING BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 90g Protein Spread (White Chocolate)

  • 80g Vanilla Refuel Protein+ (whey / vegan)

  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Flour

  • Desiccated Coconut

METHOD

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a mixing bowl.

2. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.

3. Roll each bowl in a bowl of desiccated coconut, until they’re fully coated.

4. Enjoy straight away or keep refrigerated for a festive post session treat.
