Biscoffy Shake

SERVES: 1 (500ML) | PREP TIME: 4 MINUTES | DIFFICULTY: EASY | EQUIPMENT NEEDED: BLENDER

INGREDIENTS

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk 250ml

  • Biscoff Butter 1 tbsp

  • Banana 2/3 cup

  • Vanilla Refuel Protein+ (whey / vegan) 1 scoop

  • BCAA 1/4 tsp

  • 6x Ice Cubes

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or preferred consistency)
