    Since October 2022

  3. What inspired you to become a trainer?

    Going to the gym and wanting to train and become stronger. Then taking part in Fitness sessions at 1R, I was inspired by all the other trainers. I trained as a professional dancer for years, so I enjoy working towards performance goals over aesthetic goals.

  4. If you weren’t a fitness instructor, what would you be doing?

    I would probably go back to university and study History or Foreign language. If I wasn’t training, I would love to work in travel.

Training Philosophy

  1. Describe your training style in one sentence.

    My training style is technical, motivational and challenging.

  2. What’s the #1 piece of advice you give new Rebels?

    Trust your trainer and your ability. Have fun!

  3. How do you stay motivated on low-energy days?

    Make it a habit to take the ‘think’ out of it. Know that you will feel 100% better for training.

  4. What’s your post-class recovery ritual?

    Refuel (good food!) and a sauna! Stretch and foam roll always after a run.

    ‘All for you’ Wilkinson (amazing to run/cycle to!)

  2. What’s the vibe of your classes in 3 words?

    Inclusive, energised, challenging.

    ‘Spectrum (say my name)’ Florence and the machine + Calvin Harris

Lifestyle & Tips

  1. One wellness habit you swear by?

    Carbs for fuel, protein for recovery. Eat well and eat a lot!

  2. What’s in your gym bag right now?

    Spare gym clothes, AirPods, snacks.

  3. One myth about fitness you’d love to bust?

    Lifting heavy makes you bulky and running faster makes you fitter.
