What inspired you to become a trainer?
Going to the gym and wanting to train and become stronger. Then taking part in Fitness sessions at 1R, I was inspired by all the other trainers. I trained as a professional dancer for years, so I enjoy working towards performance goals over aesthetic goals.
If you weren’t a fitness instructor, what would you be doing?
I would probably go back to university and study History or Foreign language. If I wasn’t training, I would love to work in travel.
