Ingredients

  •   Orange Juice 100ml

  •   Almond Milk 100ml

  • Mango 2/3 cup

  • Flax Seeds 1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla Refuel Protein+ (whey / vegan) 1 scoop

  • 4x Ice Cubes

 

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or preferred consistency)
