INGREDIENTS

  • Almond Milk 200ml

  • Banana 1/3 cup

  • Cherries 1/3 cup

  • Strawberries 1/3 cup

  • Dates 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla Refuel Protein+ (whey / vegan) 1 scoop

  • 2x Ice Cubes

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or preferred consistency)
