BLUEBERRY RECOVERY

Ingredients

  •   Unsweetened Almond Milk 150ml

  •   Blueberries 2/3 cup

  • Banana 1/2 cup

  • Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla Refuel Protein+ (whey / vegan) 1 scoop

  • 3x Ice Cubes

 

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or preferred consistency)
