  • Cherry 2 x 2/3 cup

  • Almond Butter 1tbsp

  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp

  • Vanilla protein (whey / vegan) 22g

  • 6x Ice Cubes

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or preferred consistency)
